Finally some relief and support for those self-employed operating under as a sole trader, trust, company, or partnership, but you were not paying yourself a wage. Further Support Announced – JobKeeper Payments

Yesterday afternoon the Government released an extraordinary stimulus package to support employers and designed to help us all get through this mess, dubbed Jobkeeper program. If an employer’s turnover has decreased by 30% they could be entitled to $1,500 per fortnight per employee. Full time and part-time employees, including stood down employees, would be eligible for the JobKeeper Payment.
